If you want someone new to be able to view or collaborate in your Oncrawl workspace, you need to invite them to be a member.
They will need to create their own Oncrawl account as part of this process.
You need to be the owner or the manager of the workspace you want to invite them to. If you aren't, you can ask the owner or a manager to invite this person for you.
Send an invitation
Use the workspace menu to open the workspace settings.
Then, click on Members in the left-hand sidebar.
Click on the Invite member button in the top right.
You will need to provide the following information:
The person's email address
The role of this person in your workspace:
A manager can see and edit all projects in this workspace, and can manage users by changing their permissions, removing them from the workspace, or inviting new members.
A user can only see the projects you give them access to.
If you invite someone as a user, you also need to choose which projects they can see, and whether they should be a viewer or an editor in these projects.
Click Invite to send the invitation.
You can change the permissions of a workspace member at any time by clicking on the three dots at the end of their row in the member table and choosing Manage access.
Once you've sent an invitation, you'll see them in the list of members, with a status of Pending. This will change to Active when they accept the invitation.
Accept an invitation
When you are invited to join a workspace, you'll receive an email like this one:
Click on the button to accept the invitation.
What to do if you already have an Oncrawl account with this email address
Enter your password and reconfirm that you agree to follow the Oncrawl user terms and conditions. You'll then be taken to your new workspace.
What to do if you don't have an Oncrawl account with this email address
You'll need to sign up for a new Oncrawl account. If you're looking at the screen to enter a password and log in (like the image above), click the link Create an account.
