You can recover a lost password from the Oncrawl login screen.
Tip: if you're already logged in, you can find your email address in your account Profile information, by clicking on your user icon in the upper right of any screen.
Requesting a password reset
If you're logged in, log out. (Click on your profile at the top right of the screen and choose Log out from the menu that appears.) This will take you to the login screen.
From the login screen at https://app.oncrawl.com, click Forgot password below the login form.
Enter your email address an click Send instructions.
Check your email and follow the instructions to set a new password.
Choosing a new password
Pick a safe password that meets the following criteria:
At least 15 characters long
Must have a lowercase letter
Must have an uppercase letter
Must have a number
Must have a special character (characters that aren't letters or numbers)
